Google
Pay Per Clicks can get you at the top of the page,
however they can be very costly depending on the
choice of keywords or phrases used. (Adwords) |

Overture
provides a similar service such as Google, however
it displays your ad's in other search engines
as well, such as AOL, MSN, Yahoo and many others.

Many
of the Search Engines provide free listing however
they do not promise when or even if your site
will be posted, nor do you have any control over
where it will even be. There is also a constant
battle of keeping your position on a page listing
as other new or old posting will kick you down
or even off a page after your listed. |
| Search
Engines are constantly evolving, some for the better.
Many people have tried tricking them to get better
ratings with some success and some not.. some even
get banned.. An old tried and true ranking method
use to be to get people to exchange links with each
other. I have found that this does work to some
degree but not as it was back in the old day. My
theory now is do create a reciprocal listing as
not for the rankings but rather to get the exposure
to possible clients. In all Search Engines are your
number one way to advertise on the Internet and
if done properly you will succeed with continual
effort and patients. |
| An
example of a Reciprocal Affiliate Exchange Website
I created can be found here "LeisureMax.net".
I designed this site as a triangular method of
linking. (Secret !!) and it has worked very very
well. All clients benefit in many ways known and
not. I will tell you this though, do not put a
Link Exchange on your main site, as it will hinder
it as to improve it's ranking.. |
